Bespoke training
A workshop built around your work rather than a syllabus. We start from the capability you are missing, design the session against your real tasks, and run it with your people in the room doing the thing.
How we build a session
Every session starts with a short discovery: who is in the room, what they already do, where the confidence gaps are, and what would count as the day being worth it. The worked examples are then drawn from their actual jobs, so nobody has to translate a generic exercise into their own context afterwards.
Rooms are usually mixed. Some people are ahead, some are anxious, and pitching to either one loses the other. We design for that explicitly and pace the hands-on segments so the least confident person in the room gets an early win.
What we train
- Engineering practice: TDD, BDD, continuous delivery, code review, architecture decisions
- Product discovery and running experiments that settle a question
- Engineering management, the 1-1 discipline, and running a team you did not build
- Ways of working: planning, prioritisation, and the processes around delivery
- Working with AI: prompting as collaboration, turning prompts into repeatable processes, and where the compliance line sits
- Anything else you can describe as a capability your team is missing

Claude and Cowork for a non-technical leadership team
A senior management team at a growing dental group — operations, HR, compliance, finance, area management — moving from individual curiosity about AI to a shared working practice. Mixed confidence in the room, from self-taught to nervous. Everyone left with two saved prompts on a real recurring task from their own week.
An LLM working practice across a portfolio
Staff across the three businesses in a venture portfolio, online, deliberately tool-agnostic because the room was split across Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot. A core hour for everyone, then an optional deeper session for the people who wanted to go further.
What everyone leaves with
A working mental model of the subject, something they built themselves on a real task from their own week, and a written one-pager to keep. Nobody leaves with only notes. We also send a plan for the first month afterwards, because a workshop with nothing following it is entertainment.
Who it’s for
Any team that needs a capability it does not have yet. Engineering and product teams, and equally the operations, HR, finance, and compliance people who run a business alongside them. This is the one service that does not assume you are a technology company: it works as well for a senior management team at a local business as it does for a scaling engineering function.
What comes next
Engagements grow into one another. Most clients arrive at one step and stay for the next.
